Jonathan Hoge Walker (died March 23, 1824) was a United States federal judge.
A soldier in the Continental Army during the Revolutionary War, Walker graduated from Dickinson College in 1787, and read law to enter the bar in 1790. He was in private practice in Northumberland, Pennsylvania from 1790 to 1806. He was president judge of the Fourth Judicial District Court of Pennsylvania from 1806 to 1818.
On April 20, 1818, Walker was nominated by President James Monroe to a new seat on the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania created by 3 Stat. 462.
